This is my favorite Quiche recipe, since the 70’s
You decide what ingredients you want to add, you just need to follow the basic recipe.
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
8 oz of your favorite cheese or combination of cheeses.
(I like Gruyère and white cheese)
A mix your favorite things
(I like spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes slices, onion, & ham)
Don’t forget your spices: a dash of salt and I like garlic pepper.
2 – 9″ shallow pie shells or 1 deep dish pie shell
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
In a bowl mix together mayo & milk till smooth, then add eggs.
Begin layering your veggies, meats, and cheeses, then pour in the egg mixture.
Cover Quiche with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover and allow top of Quiche to slightly brown.
